Just because the company states that an oil is pure unless they supply GC reports to show the percentage of chemicals that are in each oil, you have no way of knowing if you are purchasing from a legitimate place.
Also if you have not studied the chemicals that are in each one of these oils you will have no idea if the oil is actually pure. Also the company which you purchase should have a good description of the oil and safe information on their website.
When you get formal education at an approved NAHA,AIA or IFPA school you are taught all about each oil and how to tell if the oil is pure or not.
This is so important because so many companies do not sell pure essential oil.
Those that use the marketing word “therapeutic” is just that a marketing word. All pure essential oils are therapeutic.
Here is a good example. There is a company selling Rose Essential Oil – 10 ml for $7.99. Rose Essential Oil at this price cannot be real and pure. It takes a sizable number of rose petals to make this oil. Roses are very delicate flowers and great care is taken to produce the oil.
Normally a 10ml bottle can cost anywhere from $40 all the way up to $400 depending on where the roses came from and the process that was used to extract the oil. So getting it for $7.99 something is definitely wrong.
Jasmine Essential Oil is another very expensive oil. Seeing it at any store for $7.55 something is very wrong with this oil. Normally a 10ml bottle will sell for $100 or more. They are also extracted from white delicate flowers and again great care is taken extracting the essential oil.
I recently came upon a company that sells these two oils at a ridiculous price as you see below in these pictures. And on their website they give unsafe usage of essential oils. This is not a website you want to go to. There are so many good companies you can go to that sell pure essential oils. I will give you a few that I use.
Plant Therapy, Nature’s Gift, Appalachian Natural Products, Miracle Botanic, and Eden Botanic, just to name a few.
